How do I reset my password?

  • Click on the Forgot Password link next to the login fields. An email will be sent to you with the link to reset your password. Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive to your inbox. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders if you don't recieve it.

What if I didn't recieve the password reset email?

  • Go the the Contact Us page and request Password Reset.  Be sure to include your account name and number in the message section. We will send you an activation email to set up your account. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.


Why has my order not been approved?

  • Please contact your Sales Consultant. 

Why can't I see my previous orders from JB Hub in my order history?

  • We transitioned to a new website platform, so only orders placed after December 5th will be visible in your order history. However, you can view all invoices in the Invoice History page.


Why can I only see a limited number of products? 

  • Your online catalog ONLY contains products you have purchased in the last 13 months. 

How do I order new products?

  • To order new products, please contact your Sales Consultant or call Customer Service.


Is the price displayed the current pricing? 

  • No. Price displayed is an estimate, please reach out to your Sales Consultant for pricing details.

Invoicing / Payments

Why is my invoice showing it has not been paid when I paid it already?

  • Please allow 24 hours for our system to update. If the status has not been updated within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.

Where can I see invoices from past orders? 

  • From the main page, click on Invoice History, then select the order for more information and invoice details.

How do I get more information for past invoices or a total year recap for my Accounts Payables? 

  • Contact our Credit Dept at [email protected] to request more information. Please include your account information and details of your request.


How long will it take to receive my order? 

  • Orders must be placed by order cut off time and be approved by your Sales Consultant for your next delivery date.
